butterfly pocket garden
This newly planted garden was created as a special retreat for a client's mother. A small herb and cutting garden allows for a wonderful summer hobby. Almost each shrub and perennial planted in this garden has the characteristic of attracting butterflies--a favorite flutter among garden enthusiasts. Each perennial blooms a shade of pink from late March to early October and the incorporation of some ornamental grasses and boxwoods gives this small pocket garden some real full-season charm.
