This landscape project called for a large-scale modification. The gardens were already fully landscaped, however, with the addition of the new stone patio the homeowners were looking to add some shade and a splash of color and movement throughout. With the addition of ornamental trees, colorful perennial plantings and ornamental grasses, this landscape went from lovely to absolutely fabulous. Perennial plantings in the raised planters and shrubs with full-season interest were also included in the planting design to make this garden beautiful even in the off season.
